Kathy oversees all crime control programming at the OOY. She works closely with probation officers and the juvenile courts. You often find Kathy working side by side with youth doing community service projects like preparing meals for the homeless or folding clothes at the Salvation Army. Kathy is an athlete at heart and enjoys playing basketball, biking, and kayaking.
