Carol has been the Director of the OOY since January of 1992. Carol is known throughout the region as a collaborator who works hard to establish partnerships within the community. She successfully brought the three localities together in 2000 to form what is now the regional Central Shenandoah Valley Office on Youth. Carol is passionate about improving the lives of youth in our community and evaluates every project she is presented with in terms of, “Will this help our youth?”. Carol enjoys camping, swimming, gardening, and playing the piano.
