This is a program taught to area 4th and 5th graders on topics related to puberty, development, abuse, neglect, and hygiene.
How it Works: Area public schools, private schools, and home schools may contact our office to arrange for staff to teach the school's curriculum following the standards of learning for health and family life, or to be guest speakers on any of the above topics.
How to Schedule: School personnel should contact the Teen Pregnancy Prevention staff to discuss individual needs and to schedule classes. Due to potential scheduling conflicts, teachers are advised to contact us in August or early September. Staffing is limited and slots are filled on a first come, first served basis.
